Our privacy policy

Anyone who accesses this site, regardless of the purpose, disclosure or not of personal information, is informed on the purpose of the processing of the data and on the purpose for which this data is used. The processing of the data is performed by the company personnel (authorized employees) who have also signed confidentiality agreements and who undergo strict security measures. The access to this data is limited.

Reisswolf Albania Sh.p.k. carries out physical and digital archiving of documents and materials through an integrated system, and also carries out document destruction process. The services of our company are provided to any private business or institution and are sanctioned through an agreement between the parties stipulating the conditions, rights and obligations in compliance to the provisions of LAW NO. 987, DATED 10.03.2008 “On the protection of personal data ”. These processes are carried out by respecting the highest level of confidentiality and security. The entire chain of the process, starting with the collection of documents and data, up until their confidential destruction is recorded and documented. At the end of this process, the client is provided a security certificate. As regarding the archiving process, our company provides to the client all the tools (boxes and clips with unique code) that guarantee maximum security and limited access only to individuals authorized by the client, in accordance with Articles 27 and 28 of the LAW NO. 9887. The term of retention of personal data of these materials is dependent on the designated terms of validity in the contract signed between the two parties, our company and the client.

Security and confidentiality are the main objective of our company. For this purpose we are certified under EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and EN ISO 14001:2015.

The premises where the documents and materials are archived and destroyed are monitored with a CCTV surveillance system, 24/7, for security purposes. The signed information regarding the surveillance system is correctly displayed, in outdoor as well as indoor premises, as according to the format approved by the Commissioner's office. The data collected through the CCTV system is stored for a period of 30 days, and afterwards it is automatically deleted. Access to Our Company's premises is restricted to authorized personnel only. Any other individual that may need to enter must be accompanied by authorized personnel and must be registered and identified in the Entry/Exit register and must have signed the confidentiality agreement. Access to this data is limited. Records and declarations are kept in retention for a period of one year and afterwards they are destroyed through our shredding machines.

We apply a separate regulatory framework on the protection of personal data, mandatory for each employee, through which we guarantee the legal processing of personal data. We have done the appropriate reporting to the Commissioner and we update it whenever we must initiate a new process.

We guarantee the rights of personal data in accordance with the LAW NO. 9887/2008, DATED 10.03.2008 "On the protection of personal data". Every action that we undertake is in compliance with the Article 18 of LAW NO. 987/2008 “On the Protection of Personal Data” and you are entitled to all the rights described therein.
